Welcome to A&E Cleaning Solutions Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By using our website (anecleaningsolutions.com) or booking our cleaning services, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

A&E Cleaning Solutions Inc. provides professional commercial and residential cleaning services in Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Commercial Cleaning: Janitorial services (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly), office cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, garbage disposal, stripping and waxing, and carpet cleaning.
• Residential Cleaning: Environmentally friendly home cleaning, maintenance, and deep cleaning services.

The specific services to be provided will be outlined in the Client’s accepted quote or service agreement.

We offer free estimates. All quotes provided are based on the information given by the Client and are subject to change if the condition of the property requires significantly more time or labor than initially anticipated. We will communicate any necessary price adjustments prior to commencing or completing the work.

To ensure we can provide impeccable cleaning, we ask that you:

• Provide our team with safe and unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled time.
• Secure all pets prior to our arrival.
• Securely store all valuables, cash, jewelry, and highly fragile items.
• Provide access to running water and electricity.

We require at least [Insert Number, e.g., 24 or 48] hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide sufficient notice or inability to access the property at the scheduled time may result in a cancellation fee of [Insert Fee Amount or Percentage].
